Me voici de retour sur le blog. Je suis partie pendant 12 jours au Pays Basque et je n'avais pas accès à l'Internet. Lors de mon séjour, nous avons visité les grottes de Kakuetta qui sont magnifiques. Leur longueur atteint 2 000 mètres, leur profondeur varie entre 30 et 350 mètres et, par certains endroits, quelques mètres à peine séparent les deux versants de la faille.
Vers la fin du parcours, on peut voir la cascade qui chute d’une vingtaine de mètres. Puis, il y a la Grotte du Lac, ornée de stalactites et stalagmites géantes.
I am back on the blog. I spent 12 days in the Basque Country (southwest of France) ,and I did not have access to the Internet. During my stay, we visited the magnificient Kakuetta gorges. They are 6 000 feet long, and between 90 and 1050 feet deep, and in places, only a few feet divide the two faces of the gash. Towards the end of the path, we reach the 60 feet high waterfall. Not very far from there, the Grotte du Lac is decorated with giant stalactites and staglamites.
